Demand analysis
We understand our clients’ performance within the global market
and the vision of developing in China. By studying the clients’
organizational structure, managerial situation, corporate culture
and working environment, we conduct a series of insight demand analysis
of the human resource. Basing on the analyses of the job descriptions
of the positions, we will find out the most suitable personalities
for those positions. During this process, we focus on the matching
of the personality and management style between the candidates and
his potential supervisors and subordinates to ensure an appropriate
orientation for the talents and more reasonable human resource structure,
which will facilitate the talents to make long term commitments
with the serving companies and achieve a win-win situation for both
parties.
Market research
We conduct market research for our clients on the key issues of
the candidate pool in the industry. We will provide comprehensive
reports to the clients on the issues such as compensation, work
satisfaction, education background and training, exit reasons and
so on. The purpose of such communication is to find out the most
suitable matching between the candidate and the position.
Submitting the searching proposal
The proposal will explain in detail about our understanding
of the project, our objectives, the channels for searching, schemes,
relevant cost and other related suggestions.
Contract signing
To ensure a smooth process of cooperation, we need to
sign the contract which regulates the responsibilities, rights and
obligations.
Searching and assessing the candidates
We will firstly search within our candidate pool and initiate
a broad searching plan in certain areas and industries with our
partnering headhunting consultants and will keep regular communication
and discussions with our clients. Candidates will be strictly screened,
assessed and investigated to ensure the reliability and suitability.
Recommending the candidates
The potential candidates will be presented to the client company
in anonymity. We will also coordinate the process of the interviewing
and discuss with the clients about necessary further information
on the candidates.Recommend completed: We help to solve the related
problems of recruiting and we will maintain the communication after
service to make sure the candidates can make real contribution.
After service
We maintain regular contact with the
client company to gain the feedback of our candidates. We also follow
up the situation after our candidate is hired by our client to ensure
we can find and solve any problems without delay. We will work together
with the HR department of the client to solve the problem, if necessary,
to help the talents accommodate to the company as soon as possible. |
